Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all agile42 public events, including training courses, seminars and workshops.

Fees and Payment
You must pay the published fee for the event, unless we agree a different amount in writing. We shall issue you with a tax invoice using the details you supply. You must pay this invoice at least two weeks before the event, unless we agree a different date in writing.

Cancellation
Your registration is binding. You may cancel without penalty until two weeks before the event. If you cancel for any reason less than two weeks before the event, you will be charged the full fee.

Substitutions

You may substitute another person for yourself at any time before the start of the event, provided that he/she accepts these conditions.

Rescheduling
Should we cancel or change the date of a public event for any reason, including insufficient registrations, we shall refund you any fees you have paid, or transfer your registration to another similar event, as you wish. This is our only obligation in this case.
