Team Leadership Skills for Agile Professionals
Target participants: Practising ScrumMasters (process owners), Product Managers, Product Owners, Lean Managers and Agile Coaches who want to up their game.
Course pre-requisites: Advanced Scrum, Lean or Agile know-how OR Certified ScrumMaster Training PLUS a minimum of three months practice using Scrum or other Agile or Lean methods.
